Do I need a reservation?

Reservations make it easier for us to plan your trip and helps us keep our drivers on schedule. Reservations made 24 hours or more in advance are sincerely appreciated. If for any reason you need a last minute shuttle, we'll do everything possible to accommodate trips with less than a 24-hour notice.

What's the best way to communicate with my driver?

We hope your ride with us will be smooth and stress-free. We will communicate with you upon arrival via Text message. Please remember to have your cell phone turned on and FULLY charged, so we can coordinate the fastest pickup time. If necessary, you can always call our office for unexpected issues...

Are all Fares one way?

EconoRides offers both one-way and round-trip shuttles to and from Atlanta Airport from our Woodstock Park-n-Ride location for just $40 each way. We also offer door -to-door service form Acworth, Woodstock, Canton and the Northwest Metro Atlanta area. We pick up and drop off at both the Domestic terminal and the International terminal.

How do I reserve my shuttle?

EconoRides reservations can be booked online @ www.econorides.com or on our free app available in the Apple stores or Google play markets. Our goal is your 100% satisfaction.

Do you pick up at my home/office?

Of course! Our Door-to-Door service is available in all of our normal operating cities and zip codes. Our professional drivers will coordinate your pick up time with our lot reservations based on your location.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash | Credit Card - We use Paypal/Square for our credit card processing for your convenience and security, and you don't need a Paypal account to enjoy the benefits and security of their service. Use any major credit card to book your EconoRides shuttle. PayPal is the worldwide leader in safe and secure online transactions.

How much is parking?

Free! Your parking at our Woodstock location located on Molly Lane is free for all paid shuttle fares. Our lot is monitored 24/7 for your vehicle's safety. While you're away, you can have your vehicle professionally detailed and waiting for you upon your return.

What if my plane is late arriving in Atlanta?

Keep your cell phone on and FULLY charged. EconoRides tracks all incoming flights from our office, and we generally know the airline's arrival time(s) well in advance. We make every effort to schedule our shuttles accordingly. Please feel free to text/call as well with any known flight delays or potential delays in your scheduled shuttle pickup time.

My flight plans have changed, who do I call?

Please call us directly if you have any changes in your scheduled flight plans. We will make every effort to reschedule according to your new itinerary. Please don't hesitate to call/text our office with any concerns, additional passengers or changing your level of service.

What areas do you service?

EconoRides offers direct shuttle rides to and from the Atlanta Airport from Acworth, Woodstock, Canton, Kennesaw and a select few cities in and around the Northwest Metro area. We pick up and drop off at both the Domestic terminal and the International terminal. Our service includes door-to-door service to all the cities listed above. If you have any questions concerning our service area, please feel free to give us a call.

Can I tip my driver?

Our drivers work hard to keep you on schedule and are committed to making your trip through the stressful Atlanta traffic as painless as possible. Any gratuity in line with the industry standard is greatly appreciated. Tips can be added to your shuttle fares when you purchase online, or simply given to the driver accordingly...

How long should I allow from your Location?

EconoRides shuttles will depart our Woodstock location typically each hour. The trip time to the Atlanta Airport from our Woodstock location usually averages between 40-90 minutes, depending on traffic. Please arrive a few minutes early if possible for boarding and baggage.

EconoRides shuttles are located at the GROUND TRANSPORTATION AREA, near baggage claim. Just go to the GREEN shared ride shuttle lane, #12 -#14, one lane over from the taxi lane. International arrivals will be picked up at the inner curb as you exit the A3 door.
Just walk to the end of the curb and our shuttle will meet you at the #4 sign for Hotels/Shuttles.

Do you operate around the clock?

EconoRides shuttles operate around the clock for your convenience. During the hours of 11pm - 4am, there is an additional $20 charge for all booked fares. This charge is in addition to our normal shuttle rates.

How much are children's fares?

For children under 12 fares are only $10 each way with any paid adult shuttle fare.

Can I drop off a relative/friend early at your location?

Yes! Our office is conveniently located at 585 Molly Lane, in Woodstock and we have a comfortable waiting area for you to drop off friends and family members. If you're picking up a passenger, feel free to wait in our facility and enjoy complimentary beverages and free WiFi...Please call for hours of operation.

What are your customer support hours?

Our office hours vary daily depending on reservations, so feel free to call ahead for hours of operation for your trip day/day of travel. Please DO NOT email our office as we may not be able to respond in a timely manner.

How should I contact you with any changes to my itinerary?

Text message or a quick call works best. We'll need to get the details of your changes and make certain we have a driver available when you're ready.
